I CAN'T CREATE A NEW USER - SAYS "USER ALREADY EXISTS"?
Unfortunately the Public Name/Username has to be different for each user.  For example, I can't use "Doug" because it's already taken.  Try using a different username and if that doesn't work please email our Web Producer at cwilson@koamtv.com

WHY WAS MY ENTRY REJECTED?
The two most likely possibilities are because either you are under the age of 18, or you do not live in the designated area.  Per the official rules contestants must live in the 14 county Designated Market Area (DMA) which includes the following counties: In Kansas; Woodson, Allen, Bourbon, Wilson, Neosho, Crawford, Labette, and Cherokee.  In Oklahoma; Ottawa. And in Missouri; Vernon, Barton, Jasper, Newton, and McDonald.
